💵 Payment Schedule: Services typically require a 50% advance payment before commencement, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
⚠️ In the event of delayed payment or failure to provide required information by the client, HOOK Marketing reserves the right to suspend work until requirements are met, without bearing any responsibility for resulting delays.
©️ HOOK Marketing retains intellectual property rights for any tools, templates, or code developed independently by the company until full payment is completed.
➡️ After full payment, ownership of the final product (such as the website, submitted designs) transfers to the client, excluding any pre-made or third-party licensed components.
✅ HOOK Marketing guarantees its work against any execution defects for a period of 30 days from the final delivery date.
❌ The warranty does not cover issues resulting from modifications by another party or client negligence.
The client has the right to cancel the service in writing. In this case:
